The art of hotel photography is something that I love to talk about. It’s my hope that this blog gives my readers lots of great tips about the best way to plan for their photo shoots, and how to maximize the value of their image libraries to sell and promote their hotels and resorts.

A while back I had a great talk with David Staughton about some of the different aspects of photography that I believe hoteliers can benefit from taking into account. We’ve now developed this chat into a 12 part web series, which I’ll be sharing over the coming few weeks on You Tube.

In the first 6 weekly episodes, I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the most important shots to get right for your hotel, what people want to see in a room shot, and the range of photographs you should have for your property. Dave and I will also be discussing if you should use talent in your hotel photographs.

I hope you find my insights useful and if you have any questions you’d like me to answer in my next series, you can leave a message below. I’ll be happy to help.

Best regards

Mauro
